I made my husband do the stretches with me 😂 He is very fit but not very flexible so it was a good challenge for him
Couples moving together and bullying each other into exercise. I’m here for it 😆💖
...and yes very humbling for us guys! 😅 but it’s how we know we’re training a lot of our blind spots.
‘Softening does not make us soft’ is a hard sell for me to my male mates. 😂
